Colliers targets 30% business growth in '08

Colliers International and Eurisko Consulting, the leading companies on the Romanian real estate consulting market, have doubled their businesses this year, to 22 million euros and 12 million euros respectively, and expect to benefit from fresh market growth in 2008. “Colliers targets a 30% increase next year, to 40 million dollars (29 million euros),” said Bogdan Georgescu, managing partner of the company.
Eurisko also intends to double its business in 2008 and derive around 24 million euros. "What we want to achieve next year is to double our turnover," said Radu Lucianu, Eurisko managing partner.
If the two companies meet their targets, both businesses will be worth over 50 million euros, which is the same value estimated for the entire market this year.
