Imotrust Arad buys Casa Real Estate Investment

Imotrust Arad, the real estate developer, said that it had acquired a 70% stake in the Casa Real Estate Investment for EUR 2.1 million. According to company officials, Imotrust is currently involved in real estate projects of a total value of EUR 16 million, Alpha Finance Romania reports.
During 2007, the company made several acquisitions, both land and companies.
The investment program budgeted for 2007 amounts to EUR 42 million. The main shareholder is the company Codlea with a 65% stake.
