A&C to enter real estate market

The owner of local A&C International company, Cristian Dumitrescu, plans to enter the real estate and infrastructure market, following the lease of its distribution contract to German company Man and Machine of A&C’s its distribution contract its Autodesk PC design tools.
''We have already invested more than EUR 1 million in properties in Bucharest and Snagov. Depending on opportunities, Real estate investments could amount to EUR 5-6 million,” Dumitrescu, also the company’s General Manager, said.
He also became major shareholder of the MaxCad company, authorized reseller of Autodesk, with a 60 percent share, with A&C’s former Operations Manager, Florin Balcu, and former Sales Manager, Dana Truta.
“MaxCad belonged to my brother, Mihail Dumitrescu, who withdrew from the business, and from whom I took over controlling interest,” Dumitrescu added.
