Asset Management System to invest EUR 300 mil in Corbeanca project

Company Asset Management System, with American capital, will invest EUR 300 million for the construction of a residential condominium consisting of 800 villas in Corbeanca, announced representatives of the real estate company Eurometropola. The condominium will be called Casa Nova and it will be built on a land with an area of 80 hectares.
''The construction of the complex, located close to Corbeanca Forest, starts in March this year, and the whole project will have three development stages, the total investment being estimated to EUR 300 million, with the extension option. The built area of the condominium will be 220,000 square meters'', the company representative said.
