British Argo to invest EUR 34 million in first stage of Sibiu project

British Argo Real Estate Opportunities investment fund will finalize its 35,000 square meter expansion of the European Retail Park Sibiu in November, with the investment estimated at EUR 34 million. This is the first stage of the fund's Sibiu project.
Another Argo project is the north-eastern Suceava Shopping City, whose construction started in November 2006. The mall opened in April 2008, following an investment worth EUR 68 million.
