Real estate transactions fall 5.3% in June, 3.5% in May - UNNPR

Real estate transactions fell 5.3% in June, following May's 3.5% decrease, on expectations of potential price declines due to the new lending restrictions draft issued by the central bank, the National Union of Public Notaries of Romania (UNNPR) said. In contrast, from January to April, real estate transactions increased by an annual 10.3%, 32.3%, 11.2% and 22.5% respectively.
