Atlas Estates to build residential complex

Atlas Estates plans to invest EUR 180 million in a residential project in Bucharest. The real estate investment company will begin construction works of the 32,000 square metres project next year. The residential complex will include 1,200 apartments.
''We estimate that we will build the residential complex in four years,'' said Libby Wiezman, manager of Atlas Estates for Romania.
