Turkish Anchor invests EUR 780 million in real estate projects

The Turkish Anchor Group developer has announced it is engaged in real estate projects worth EUR 390 million, and will develop a further three residential projects in Bucharest costing a further EUR 390 million. The construction of the Anchor Plaza Metropol office building will be launched on Monday, requiring an investment worth EUR 50 million. The building will cover 55,000 square meters and be completed in the third quarter of 2009.
