Rompetrol to invest EUR 200 million in real estate project

Rompetrol will invest some EUR 200 million in the coming two years, in association with a real estate investment fund, in a new central headquarters for the group, to be located behind northern Bucharest’s Casa Presei, offices to be available for rent, and 1,000 apartments. Dinu Patriciu, Chief Executive Officer of Rompetrol, said that the 150,000 square meters of land were acquired in 1991.
