Aviv Ocif and Rothscild to invest EUR 200 million in Romania projects by 2010

Israel’s Aviv Ocif will invest, jointly with Rothscild, EUR 200 million in real estate projects in Romania by 2010, the developer announced. The first project developed by the Israeli group, named Vivando Unirii, will be located on 8,000sqm tract next to Unirii Square, purchased in 2006, and will require investments of EUR 25 million.

Aviv Ocif is one of the leading Israeli groups in the real estate development sector, with operations in Israel and abroad. In Eastern Europe, the company also operates in Bulgaria, in Sofia and Plovdiv.
