Bellevue Residence completes first six blocks of flats in Brasov

Romanian company Gabi's and Pappa Reale has completed the first stage of the Bellevue Residence Brasov development. The EUR 30 million residential development should be finished by the end of 2010.
The developer has secured 33 per cent of the necessary investment and the remaining amount was financed through an Alpha Bank loan. The final project will include 148 apartments. At present, 80 percent of the properties in the first six blocks of flats have already been sold.
The project will feature nine blocks with five floors each. Prices start from EUR 119,000 plus VAT for a two bedroom apartment, EUR 180,000 plus VAT for three bedroom properties and EUR 750,000 for a penthouse.
