Lewis Charles Romania to start construction on Evergreen residential project

British investment fund Lewis Charles has started work on Evergreen, a residential project in Mogosoaia, near Bucharest.
The company has recently received the building permits and secured a six-month transitional bank bridge loan, the fund has said.
The project is expected to be started in the last quarter of this year, by when the developers should have received all the required permits.
