Platinum Group sells seven apartments in two weeks, launches new promotions

Real estate developer Platinum Group has sold seven apartments in its Vitan Platinum Towers project following its participation in several real estate fairs in Bucharest in the recent period, according to the developer. The seven apartments, out of a total 313 units in the project, were sold over the course of two weeks.
"Participation in a real estate fair doesn't necessarily bring immediate sales, but it offers the opportunity to meet potential customers who, after finding financing solutions and checking other options, return to buy apartments," said Platinum representatives.
"In many cases it can take several months or even a year from making the first contact with the buyer until they decide to actually buy."
The developer has further reduced the price of two-room apartments, which are now on sale for EUR 85,000 to buyers who make a 10 percent down payment. During the recent real estate fairs it offered two-room flats for EUR 91,900, with a EUR 15,000 reduction for those buying through the First House program.
