Israeli developer to build EUR 8 million development in Balotesti
29 September 2009
Israeli developer ARH Ventures will put EUR 8 million into building an 82-house compound in Balotesti, close to Bucharest. The project, to be called Maple Palace, will be developed on a 36,000-sqm plot and will feature duplex-style units.
Each house covers 164 sqm, while the entire plot for each unit covers 400 sqm. The firm is developing the project using metal structures instead of traditional brick and concrete ones. Prices start from EUR 155,000.
Maple Palace is the developer's first real estate project in Romania. It also owns a land plot in the Dascalu locality, also close to Bucharest, which it intends to use for a residential project.
